Think Pink!

by Amber on September 24, 2008

in makeup,skincare

October is National Breast Cancer Awareness Month.  TONS of brands have designed products to help support our brave Sisters who are fighting the fight, and either a large percentage, or all of the proceeds are being donated to help the cause. Let’s take a look at just a few of the goodies that are actually doing good:

Too Faced Betsy Baby Eyeshadow Duo, $17

$9 from each one of these babies is going straight to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation.  $3 from the creator, Jerrod Blandino is being matched by Betsy Olum– the Vice President of Marketing from Sephora who is also a Survivor.  In return, Sephora is matching another $3 per sale of each of these beautiful duos.

This darker pink color is re-do of the discontinued color “Heiress” that is Betsy’s fave color.  She jokingly asked Jerrod to bring it back for her and he did, with a new accent color.

Clarisonic Skincare Brush, $195

The renowned Clarisonic Skincare Brush is donating proceeds from the sale of their brush in the color BCA Pink to Breast Cancer Awareness.  The sonic frequency of this brush has the ability to move 300 times per second across the skin, loosening all of the stuff that our manual cleaning routine leaves behind.  Replace the head every 3 months, and you’re good to go!

She Colors My Day Bubble Bath, $20

Philosophy is donating 100% of the net proceeds from “She Colors My Day” bubble bath to the Women’s Cancer Research Fund.  High foaming bubbles and a beautiful, clean scent make your day as you help make a day easier for someone else in need.

Available in October.
