REVIEW: Anastasia 5 Element Brow Kit

by Amber on December 30, 2008

in eye brows,product reviews

Oh Anastasia, how I love thee. Let me count the ways!

I’ve been walking around my house all morning with only half a face because I’m putting some new products to the test. I’m quite a sight, I tell you. I think I shocked even myself a few times in the mirror! But it’s all for the greater good of beauty. I’ve been singing the praises of a few of Anastasia’s products for awhile now, like the Brow Powder Duo and the Clear Brow Gel. They are some of my fave eyebrow products and I keep them very close at hand. Anastasia Soare is the eyebrow AUTHORITY and she does them so right. I would love to go in and have a session with her as she’s in high demand. But she makes it easy for us to get her signature brow at home with her 5 Element Brow Kit.

After watching a quick DVD which explained the 6 elements of a perfect brow that I could understand (which means it was step-by-step *laughs*), I was armed and ready to take my shape to places it had never been before. After deciding I was high arch, I followed her easy steps and defined my right brow to compare up against my left. What a HUGE difference it made in not only the shape of my face, but to my overall appearance. I also came to the realization that I’ve been using too dark of a brow powder this whole time since the darker side of the medium ash duo was perfect for me. To be honest, it didn’t take any longer to do than it takes me to fumble around with filling in and creating the shape with just a brush and powder on my own freehand. The 5 Element Brow Kit gets a big thumbs up from me. Now I just need to do my left side!

I should try this since I am obsessed with my eyebrows and sometimes wonder if they are the right shape!
