The Body Shop Roseflower Collection Swatches

by Amber on March 16, 2009

in cheek stain / blush,eyeshadow,lipstick,makeup,new products,product reviews

I feel pretty, oh so pretty…

Let’s take a look at a few items from The Body Shop’s new Spring makeup line, shall we?  For lips, we’ve got 2 of the 3 Roseflower Lipsticks that were released.  #02 is a sheer dark rose, and #03 is more of a fuchsia rose.  If you like the way rosewater smells, you’re going to love their Spring Roseflower line, because all of the items remind me of rosewater.  Even the blush and the eyeshadow are scented with the delicate rose fragrance.  They apply a lot more sheer and glossy than they look.  So pretty!  Loves the packaging too…

Out of the 2 eyeshadows that were released, I’ve got #02 Roseflower Eyes in an icy mint green shade.  Oops, I almost said flavor!  I love how these are embossed with the roses, it’s a nice touch.  So pretty that I don’t even want to use it!

Roseflower Blush in Shade #01 is a delicate kiss of pink, very soft!  It’s not too powdery of a pink and not too bright so I like it a lot.  Can’t forget that it smells like rosewater… There’s also another shade, #02 that’s more of a fuchsia, but I like the softer pinks much better for myself.

Do you own any of The Body Shop’s makeup?  What’s your newest Spring makeup splurge?
