Well La-Di-Da! Here’s a peek at the new Zoya La-Di-Da Summer 2009 nail polish collection:
It’s going to be one hot summer! All 6 of these are creamy opaques in sure to get-you-noticed colors. My fave of the bunch has to be Renee, it’s a bright and fun pinky color that’s going to be perfect on my tootsies for summer! The thing with opaque nail polishes which is never fun, they’re easy to mess up– if you try to lay another coat on when the first one is still very wet. I had a little challenge working with Pippa, the ultra bright yellow but I have a feeling that was a little more of an operator error! I think in about 1985 I had a pair of hightop Reeboks that were as bright as Ali, oh the memories! Here’s the breakdown on the shades:
- America — bright orange-red
- Dita — cherry red
- Renee — bright pink
- Paz — neon orange
- Ali — neon pink
- Pippa — neon yellow
