Hi Julie,

I'm using it at the moment & am pleased to report that I've not turned into an optic cable. In fact my skin looks great.

Sounds like doing searches on ingredients can be as scary as trying to Google Doctor youself. I think I'll stick to trusting Dermatologists to pick the right ingredients to keep me looking as young as I behave : )

Hi Julie,

I completely understand your concern, but it might make you feel a little better to check out CosmeticsInfo.org so you can see what exactly the functions are of the ingredients in any beauty product that look questionable. For instance, here is Nylon-12:

http://www.cosmeticsinfo.org/ingredient_details.php?ingredient_id=1570

I understand if you still don't want to use a product containing ingredients you find questionable! Ingredients are pretty diverse and when they're used in one industry for one thing, it doesn't mean that exactly the same compounds and molecules for it are used in another industry for the same purpose. I hope you find cosmeticsinfo.org helpful in determining what products are best for you :)

Oh my goodness. Please seriously reconsider buying this product. I have just looked at the official website www.olayprofessional.com.au and discovered the ingredients of each product. I then did search on each ingredient and no way am I putting that on my skin. Why would they put Nylon-12 into a face product. This is used in fibre obtic cabling. Other ingredients had me raising my eyebrows too. Leave it well alone.

I find the Definity cleanser to be very difficult to get out of the tube. Prefer the pump style,

Hi Cynthia, :)

There isn't a cleanser in the ProX line yet that I know of. To be honest, even though in a perfect world I would have all the same brand for my skincare regime since it would be so much easier, I think in order to satisfy our skin we have to mix & match sometimes. I would choose the most gentle cleanser suited to your skin's needs and let the pricey stuff do the rest ;) There are so many cleansers I recommend I wouldn't even know where to start, but they'll all based on my own personal experiences for what my skin needs. I've tried everything from Cetaphil to Dr. Perricone! I LOVE all the fancy enzymes and stuff in cleansers, don't get me wrong. But sometimes something very plain and simple makes your products just as effective :)

xo

I've been using the Resurgence regimen shown on tv. It's not bad, but quite expensive so I've been thinking of trying (when I run out of Resurgence) the Olay ProRX line. The thing is, what do you wash your face with. I see wrinkle creams and eye creams, but no face wash. Do you just use anything?
