It’s time to let your gams see the light of day, now what? The first time I broke out the capris after winter I nearly had a heart attack. I finally realized just how ghastly my legs really are when I’m afforded the luxury of hiding them all fall and winter long. I’m not going to get away with wearing pants and close-toed shoes now, am I? Unless I want to burn up and spontaneously combust! I’ve put together a simple list of products that will take your legs from scare to sexy & bare.
1. Gillette Venus Embrace — I’ve said it before in my review and I’ll say it again. This is the Cadillac of all razors! It’s so smooth that you’ll wonder if the thing is even working or not! I love love LOVE this razor and ever since I’ve tried it, I haven’t used another brand. It’s a little pricey, but worth every penny.
2. King of Shaves Woman Pamper & Moisturize Shaving Gel — When I paired this with my Gillette Venus, my legs wanted to know if they had died and gone to heaven. Little micro-capsules of Vitamin E and grape seed oil break upon application and soothe any shaving irritations. It smells so fresh and so clean, and feels incredibly smooth.
3. Elizabeth Grant Skincare Refreshing Foot Spray – Because stinky feet are not in the equation of sexy stems, you’ve gotta try this! Most peppermint foot sprays only smell like peppermint. This one is packed with peppermint oil so it’s the genuine article. Not only does it smell refreshing, it feels super cooling. Just because you’re wearing gladiator sandals doesn’t mean your feet get a free pass to smell like you lived during the Roman Empire.
4. Olay Touch of Sun Overnight — Staying faux-tanned is extremely high maintenance as I’m learning for myself. This moisturizing nightly self-tanning treatment makes it much easier! It’s very mild smelling and builds so gradually that if you make a mistake one night, it can be easily corrected the next.
5. Johnson’s Baby Oil Gel — Baby oil is awesome, the mess is not. Your gams will glow daily with a light application of baby oil in a gel form and you won’t be dropping it all over your bathroom floor. Viva la sexy sheen!
