Sleeping isn’t just for recharging your body anymore! Take full advantage of your shuteye by multi-tasking and deep conditioning your hair while you sleep. This week my deep conditioning treatment was Redken’s Real Control Overnight Treat. You can apply this on damp or dry hair before bedtime and let it work it’s magic! I applied this on slightly damp hair before bed and drifted off. When I woke up, I rinsed it out with lukewarm water and my hair was soft– but not too soft, and super shiny! Sometimes when I sleep with a treatment in my hair it transfers to my pillows but not Overnight Treat. It stayed put! The pump is really convenient, I prefer that over hair products that I have to scoop out with my hands.
