This week was much easier than last, I have to admit! I’ve had a little bit of a change up in the NutriSystem foods because with this month’s shipment, I received a week of new frozen entrees from the Select menu. I’ve been amazed at how much better they taste than an ordinary little Lean Cuisine, and they are so much more satisfying! I actually think my husband was jealous of my lunch the other day when I pulled a toasted ham & cheese sandwich out of the toaster oven. With every bite he was asking me “Does it taste good? It smells good!” and believe me, it did. The turkey & egg breakfast sandwich runs a close second to being my favorite from what I’ve tried so far out of the frozen items. I’ve been really impressed with the addition of these foods to the menu choices!
With this week’s weigh-in, I’m down an additional 3.5 pounds and I feel like I just want to sing it from the rooftops! My face looks a little thinner, I’m starting to have a little droopy-drawers look in the seat of my jeans– and I’m actually happy about that. Sounds strange, I know. Woooohoooo! Overall, I feel great. Here’s to week 7!
