From Essie’s Winter 2009 collection, Lollipop is a vibrant, juicy candy apple red– what’s with all the candy themes lately? Cosmetic companies of the world, you’re killing me right now with your subliminal messages. I’m trying to be so good and not eat sweets! Lollipop is part of a trio that also includes Mint Candy Apple (creme de menthe mint), and Rock Candy (pale pink). See what I mean? This one will go into my fave collection of powerful reds for sure. OMG, I looooove this shade on you. And you’re right–the subliminal candy messages make me weak every time.
One of my absolute favorites (as in I actually used up almost the whole bottle before it got too goopy!) is OPI’s Monsooner or Later. Perfect mix of orange and red. Love!
