I'm the only other one on the planet without a portable video camera. Ours is so old it has no jacks for the computer, and records onto Hi-8 tape. I've been wanting a Flip forever, and scored one on Cyber Monday from Amazon for $152, free shipping, and a $25 Amazon gift card. i got the 8gb version as well, but got the Ultra HD instead of the MinoHD. I didn't see enough dfferences to justify the price difference. The gift card option is gone, and the price is up to $160, but still a pretty good deal. Point Santa over there! Don’t feel bad.
