I’ve been curious for months, just how would Kim Kardashian’s signature fragrance score with my nose? Maybe it’s just the tuberose, but does anyone remember the original Michael Kors perfume? That’s what Kim Kardashian’s fragrance reminds me of, plain and simple. I went through a crazy white-flower stage a few years ago, where tuberose was pretty prevalent. This takes me back to that time.
Right off the bat, I take in several of the floral notes at once–jasmine, tuberose, and gardenia stake their claim in this floral perfume. I can get a better sense for orange blossom and honeysuckle in the mid-notes, and just a little bit of warmth at the base, but not too much. Kim Kardashian is nice, but if you’re not a white floral kind of girl–there is no middle ground here, and it might not be for those who like their perfume to sit quietly in the background all day. It is very, very rich in it’s top notes and I’m set all day with one spritz of the scent, I found it to be very long-lasting. You’ll rarely see the gorgeous Miss Kardashian out in public not looking like a million bucks, she makes her presence known! Much like Kim, her fragrance grabs your attention as well. I don’t think it’s one to take a backseat–it will be noticed!
Just because Kim’s new perfume isn’t where I’m at in my personal fragrance library right now doesn’t mean I don’t like it, I’m not putting it down by any means when I say this: I’d like to see Kim Kardashian release a softer, quieter version of her fragrance next. I completely understand this was an introductory scent that was all trademark Kim, and I’m not discrediting that fact at all. But I think I’d like to see an even softer, less glamorous (if that’s even possible!) side of her next.
Has anyone tried Kim K’s perfume yet? Do you agree with me or disagree?
Kim Kardashian is available exclusively at Sephora in four sizes with prices ranging from $16-$65.

I checked this out last week, when I could finally get out from under the storm on the east coast. I thought the EXACT SAME THING. I just assumed I had a non-discerning nose for perfumes. It’s nice, but I thought it smelled slightly familiar.
Thank you SO much Kelly, it makes me feel better to know I wasn’t losing my mind!

i think that Kim having a perfume out is a very good thing. she is now showing that their is more to her than just looking pretty. i think that the price range is good because anyone can afford it! i mean $16 for a bottle of perfume is not a lot of money. i think that she is setting a new goal for girls out there.
Hey! I didnt try it yet! But i read a lot of reviews and people saying that smells just like Michael Kors. Guess what? Michael Kors is one of kim´s favorite perfumes. I read that online once! And she has others perfumes too, u can see in one of the episodes of keeping up with the kardashians, she also has j adore dior, daisy marc jacobs, chance chanel, burberry brit, jo malone… so might be similar to one of these…
i absolutely love this scent and my boyfriend does as well. ‘ive read a lot of negative reviews statings that it’s ‘too heavy on the tuerose,’ and ‘too strong’ but i disagree. in fact, i find that after its applied it quickly settles into the skin and another application is required. that honestly, is my only complaint with this perfume. it is feminine, floral, with just a hint of jasmine and a dash of musk. it is creamy and sexy. i think this could be a beginners scent although ive read contrary claims. i have also read that it resembles micheal kors “hollywood,” and i just do not smell the resemblance. keep in mind that all perfumes will smell different on each individual. however, to my advantage, it suits me perfectly. i just might have found my signiture scent! thanks kim!
My first thought about these reviews was “Are these “I love Kim so much, I don’t care what she does” fans? Get real, her pefume smells like you put all candle scents together. When I went into Sephora, I tried it on my wrist, lightly. It was so bad that even the makeup atomizer could not remove the scent. I went into the restroom, washing could not remove it. As I was leaving the store, passing Sephora, I saw 2 young testing and laughing while doing it. I walked over to ask what they thought, can’t repeat what they said it smelled like. The Saleswoman said that she gets the same reaction all the time, it seems that only the young teenagers like it – because they like her.
Thanks for sharing your experience Julie!

i just bought the fragance & never in my entire life had a allergic reaction to anything until I bought this fragance…dont know what it contains but for sure was burning where i spray the fragance on neck and wrist…went to the doctor and it is the only thing new that i bought..so bottom line it was ur fragance….and it suckx!!
love it, my boyfriend says it’s an aphrodisiac <3
I absolutely LOVE this perfume. People have many negative comments on this and I’m very suprised. The hint of orange, the jasmine, and the tuberose is perfect together. It’s out there, and it shows people that I’m there: like a big entrance, and I LOVE the way that it screams ‘I’m here, you can love me now’. I got it at Sephora with my two friends and it was the only perfume that I could smell, because I lost most of my sense of smell. I HAD to get a medium one ($35), and now, all of my friends ask: ‘what perfume are you wearing?’ and I say ‘Kim Kardashian’ and they’re like ‘OMG! I’m SOOOOO buying it!’
This is AWESOME, dont listen to the bad reviews unless you dont like unsubtle perfumes. Thanks Kim, and now, I’m going to look at your swimsuit line and everything else!
I love Kim, she is ambitous and and attractive, however, her new perfume is not great. Too strong for my taste, too overbearing. Kim go for a lighter scent next time. Love you.
That is EXACTLY what I thought. As soon as I let the scent dry down, first thing that came to mind was Michael Kors. It’s that same creamy gardenia smell that I loved about his fragrance. I was wondering if anyone else felt the same way. If I were to buy it would feel like a steal. Like I got a MK fragrance for cheaper.
I tried it on in store and after wearing it all day, decided that I love it! Only problem is, that down here it’s over $100. It’s a really sexy fragrance though – I’m not a very big fan of KK & don’t watch her show, but I want that perfume!
I read an interview article where Kim K says M my M Kors is her choice of perfume…
I snubbed it at first. Admittedly, I am not a fan of the Kardashians. I don’t HATE them, I am just not all gaga over them. I got the perfume for a present, from my Kardashian crazy niece. I tried it (as I rolled my eyes)……and I actually liked it. It totally reminds me of a fragrance I loved many moons ago (Hawaiian White Ginger)…..only better. I am on the fence as to whether I’ll add it to my collection as a staple….but, so far I’m digging it.
