bareMinerals fans, can you believe we’re nearing the 12th anniversary of Bare Escentuals on QVC? I know, where has time gone? If you’re looking for Leslie Blodgett this weekend, you’ll find her on-air starting with the 11pm EST show on Friday, May 14th, with additional shows airing through May 17th. I know exactly what’s going to happen–Leslie will undoubtedly launch some gorgeous QVC-only collection with Lisa (yet again), and I will stop myself twice in the hallway between my bedroom and my office before I reach my computer to order it.
While I wish I had a super sneak peek at all of the 12th anniversary newness, I don’t! One thing I’m absolutely-positively sure of is the premiere of Bare Escentuals “Bronzed & Buff” 2-pc. Faux Tan & Buffing Brush set– featuring a big daddy Faux Tan with a new and improved Body Buffing Brush. This one isn’t to be confused with last year’s version of the Body Buffing Brush/Faux Tan combo! You’ll notice that the brush shape is completely different. I’ve actually felt the new version and it is SO soft and silky. I know a lot of people were looking high and low for the old version, so you might want to check this one out and and stop your hunt, because April 2009′s little guy has since been put to bed. This guy is different because it’s somewhat like a larger kabuki–only with silky, flat synthetic bristles packed pretty densely for more control. It definitely makes a huge difference in the application of the product in my opinion. I love how I refer to my products and tools now as if they were human, no wonder why people think I’m nuts! As far as I know, this will be the only way to get your hands on this baby–and there I go again with the humanizing thing.
