Weighing in with an impressive 16 shades, China Glaze rocked it out with their holiday collection this year! Just to quickly recap “Tis The Season To Be Naughty And Nice”, you’ll find some that are plays on the standard shades we’ve come to expect around the holidays—but they’re still very nice. You have your reds and greens, glitters, some nice metallics/shimmers…and then there are the foils! It’s a pretty comprehensive collection actually; the reds range from bright cherry to vampy red, the greens go from olive to emerald, and there are a few surprises.
Check out the shade break down and swatches of my faves!

My faves:
Cheers To You is a gorgeous, bright silver foil. This would be a great one for nail art! Two coats used in swatch.
I picked Midnight Kiss as a fave because it’s such a pale blonde-gold, and the foil effect almost makes it look like it could be a Minx mani! Another great one for nail art, two coats used in swatch.
I’ve scoured my collection of nail polishes, and Peace On Earth is the closest to an olive green in my stash as it gets. There’s a slightly golden tonal quality to the shimmer which really makes the green pop—especially in natural light! Two coats used in swatch.
What are your likes/dislikes in the China Glaze “Tis The Season To Be Naughty and Nice” Collection for holiday 2010?
