Just Can’t Get Enough: Urban Decay Greed Eyeshadow Primer Potion

As a sin of excess, greed usually isn’t something you really want associated with your name—unless it’s Urban Decay’s Greed Eyeshadow Primer Potion we’re talking about. In that case, glutton it up! This golden-hued primer sets the stage for some seriously long-wearing eyeshadow that won’t budge.

Due to its slight yellow shimmer, Greed lends shadow a helping hand by adding subtle golden highlights and totally intensifies the pigment. For example, check out Half Baked eyeshadow with the original Urban Decay Eyeshadow Primer Potion, and without any primer—in contrast to Greed. Greed is a triple threat that adds gorgeous shimmer to any eyeshadow, anchors it into place, and works all by it’s lonesome as a long-wearing cream shadow.

If you like shimmery eyeshadow, can’t seem to keep your shadow intact all day (or night), or if you’re hooked on all of Urban Decay’s Primer Potions—you really should try out Greed!

I don’t put on my makeup without my primer potion (and that’s every day). This would up the sparkle factor (and I love sparkle!

Just when I said I wouldn’t buy UD primer anymore. Gulp, may need to eat my words.

So glad everyone likes the result of the swatches! I love how it gives such a nice sheen to shadows…it’s like it breathes life into them :)

Thank you for doing this review. I’ve seen swatches of Greed in review of the UD Dangerous palette, but Greed was an afterthought in those reviews. I’ve been really curious to see what it looked like under shadow. Thanks!

What’s the difference in Sin & Greed. I don’t want an gold shimmer in everything I wear.

Sin is more champagne, Greed is definitely more yellow gold.
