COVERGIRL LipPerfection Lip Transformation Challenge: Day 1

A few weeks ago, COVERGIRL came to me with a fun idea, and that was to wear NOTHING but the new COVERGIRL LipPerfection Lipstick for 7 days. Now for me, I took this as a serious challenge because I’m a lip balm-aholic. Over the next 7 days, I will wear nothing on my lips except for one of LipPerfection’s amazing 44 shades, and chronicle the health of my lips in the process through my lip diary photos. At the end of the week, I’m hoping to see just how well COVERGIRL LipPerfection’s Silk Moisturizing Complex really works. I hope you’ll join me on this journey, and enjoy the little “Lip Tips” I’ve thrown in too!

DAY 1

Since we’re just starting out, I’d have to say the hardest part of today was deciding exactly which color I was going to wear. I didn’t realize how diverse the shade range is! Prior to putting on LipPerfection today, my lips were very dry and looking like it too! Once Darling was applied, my lips felt soothed and looked moist.

    how fun! I am addicted to lip balm as well. I have never worn a lot of lipstick–for some reason I’m not fond of myself in it. I might have to break out of my habit!

    Amber~ I got it! I went with a bit different shade. It was sooo hard to decide between this one and “Coquette”. I went with “Coquette” but I think I’d go back and get the other one as well. It feels so light on my lips and not drying at all. I have been wearing lip balm (surprise!!!) and lipgloss for the last… I don’t know how many years just because lipsticks were so horrible for my lips.

    Great choice, Ellie. I really like Coquette too and I was close to featuring it as one of the 7 I used. It was SO hard to pick those 7!
