Do I dare tell you what surprise lies within this golden bareMinerals compact? I know that the Ready Eyeshadow quads and duos are on the way, but what I didn’t know is that there’s more to the Ready Eyeshadow series! This November, bareMinerals will release two limited-edition 8-pan palettes of their new solid eyeshadows—and it looks like they’re gonna be pretty snazzy.
This is The Cocktail Hour Ready 8.0 palette, with eight glam shades for eyes. If you haven’t seen the duos and quads I reviewed, you’ll be surprised to know all what goes into a solid bareMinerals shadow—they’re using a proprietary SeaNutritive Mineral™ Complex that’s exclusive to the Ready series. What this means is, you’ll find positively-charged sea minerals, blended with cucumber and cold-pressed borage oil to deliver anti-aging benefits. While I haven’t had a chance to wear any of the shades within The Cocktail Hour yet, I have worn the duos and quads…and I wasn’t disappointed. Let’s put it that way!
