With the recent surge in popularity of tinted moisturizers and BB creams, it might be hard to consider another new foundation. Benefit takes the risk in March with the release of their Hello Flawless Oxygen Wow liquid. With nine shades and a unique oxygen-ating complex, Oxygen Wow increases the cellular respiration of the skin so that it looks more vibrant instead of dull and flat. Pretty interesting concept, considering we’ve only seen oxygen hydrating complexes in some of our favorite skincare products!
Containing vitamins C & E, this foundation feels pretty lightweight for such ample coverage, largely due to it’s dimethicone base that provides a light ‘slip’ to the skin.
