Over the past few months, I’ve developed some pretty horrible allergies. My eyes are often red, itchy, and watery, and that’s with taking Benadryl! I’m so tempted to rub my eyelids to try and get rid of the itch, but itching just creates more itching. (Plus, it’s just not a good idea to tug on the delicate skin around your eyes.)
I kept hearing good things about Visine Soothing Wipes, and I’m so glad I finally tried them out! They’re a fab multi-tasker; use them to instantly calm and soothe minor inflammation on the skin around your eyes, or to gently remove eye makeup, pollen, dust, and other eye irritants.
These aren’t heavy-duty wipes, so you probably won’t be able to remove waterproof eye makeup, but I did find they removed light applications of eyeshadow just fine. They’re not super damp, just slightly moistened—and it’s probably for the best—since these are for people with the most sensitive of eyes. I like the gentle cooling sensation and how soft the pads are. I’ll definitely be buying these for my itchy eye attacks!
