After long weekdays in high heels, followed by a fun night jamming out in Zumba class, combined with weekends full of chasing after my son—my legs and feet are TIRED by the time I get to bed at night.  Mama Mio Lucky Legs Cooling Serum is the perfect solution to perk up tired gams.

This 3.4oz bottle is chock full of yarrow, V-Tonic (a special blend of essential oils), spearmint, chamomile and aloe vera to help soothe and revive your legs and feet.  A few minutes after applying it, my feet and legs started to feel invigorated.  There is a nice subtle tingle that make me feel lighter on my feet almost immediately.  One pump per leg does the trick for me.

I even used some of this on my shoulder after a tough work out one night—it provided the perfect balance of soothing sensations without being overly tingly.  Having trouble envisioning what I’m talking about? Imagine BenGay has a cooler, younger sister who smells really good.  That’s Lucky Legs

The added benefit is the light sheen this product contains, so while the magic concoction of natural elements work to make your legs feel better, the light shimmer makes your legs look better too!

The only caution I’d like to point out is to not use this immediately after shaving your legs.  After my post-workout shower, I applied it to my legs and when those tingly ingredients went to work, it irritated my skin. It was an oversight in common-sense on my part, but I just wanted pass along a word of caution.

Bottom Line…

Not tested on animals, paraben-free and free of colorants and petrolatum means this is safe for pregnant women to use too.  So while you’re out grabbing a bottle for yourself, get one for any of your friends who are moms-to-be.   They’ll thank you for it!
