Well, it does! For the first time, since I started my search for the perfect eye cream, ump-teen years ago, I have found the ideal eye cream for someone with sensitive eyes. I have been using the SebaMed cream for about two months now, and not only have I noticed smoother, healthier skin under my eyes, but the formula is so fast-absorbing and grease-less, that I have no problem layering my concealer right over the top of it.
