This week, my skin has been freaking out, and I think I know what’s causing it. It’s usually pretty good at rolling with the punches, taking whatever comes its way with the amount of products I’m usually testing on it. But this week, it told me it finally had enough. And before you think I’m really nuts—no—my skin did not talk to me, but it showed me just how irked it was at me. It was kind enough to gift me several raised pimples, all over my face—and that rarely ever happens. Occasionally I’ll get one that I attribute to hormones, but rarely are they raised, red, and angry. I think it was the heat mixed with the products that made it all go down-hill fast. But that’s irrelevant now.
Okay skin. I’m listening now, you’ve got my full attention!

The Daily Cleansing Pads are available in a jar of 28 self-foaming dual-textured pads that are pre-moistened with the cleanser. They’re not really a wipe, but they take the place of a wash towel, as these are your all-in-one, one-time-use, get it done, then dispose of when you’re finished.
One side is textured for gentle exfoliation, while the other side is really soft for buffing on to the skin. What makes me love these so much, is that they do not dry my skin out, despite having 0.5% Salicylic Acid, but that they also contain a total soy complex that prevents my skin from feeling tight and dry. As a result, over the past few days—my pimples are improving, while not all gone, but I’ve been impressed enough with these AVEENO products to know they are making a dent in my pimple problems!
I’m also using the Clear Complexion Daily Moisturizer with the Total Soy Complex which contains a small amount of Salicylic Acid to keep my skin in check. Hopefully after this week, I can return to the land of testing several foundations and BB creams galore!
