I’ve been tinkering around with one of Hard Candy’s latest products, their Top Ten Eyeshadow Collection in Green With Envy. This 10-pan palette is all dressed up in lime green and black lace, so cute! Gals with hazel and brown eyes, this palette is perfect to bring out the color in your peepers.
The first three shades in the palette are a little on the stiffer side, resulting in a powdery fallout as I brush them across my eyelids. The good news? All of the green shades ROCK. They may not be super smooth to the touch, but they do apply nicely and are pretty pigmented, especially considering this palette’s wallet-friendly price point.

While I had an issue with a few of the neutrals, the greens were fantastic! Gorgeous, pigmented shades at an incredibly low price.
