Is This $875 Facial Moisturizer The Dream Cream?

Is this The Dream Cream?

Confession: I’ve had this baby for several months, but I struggled with how to present it to you. I feared I might be thrown over a cliff when I suggested an $875 facial moisturizer for you, or even tossed into a pit of flames. Okay, maybe not. But I didn’t know how would react. While I’m not suggesting you run out and charge up your Visa for the 3LAB Super Cream, I am telling you to keep it on your radar—because the technology behind this cream is a total game changer. I don’t think anyone else on the consumer market has the ability, ingredients, or the technology to keep up right now.

Get this—just one of the ingredients in Super Cream costs $900,000 per kilo. Yes, you read that right, that was not a typo!

But that’s not the only reason behind this price point. It’s so scientific, and so impressive—that if I start to babble too much about the science, you’d probably scratch your head and tell me to get lost. But here’s what I do want to point out.

This is the first cream of its kind available in the United States. It’s super intelligent, and contains ingredients that have the skincare equivalent of a GPS system installed in it; to drive the patented ingredients around like a car to the exact destination they need to go. The peptides are so advanced, that they only release the encapsulated collagen and elastin into the exact cells that need them. No waste. I have a feeling I’m losing you here. So I’ll stop. But before I go…

Clinically proven features & benefits…

  • dramatically increases elastin (9x) and collagen (2x) production within 6 days of continuous use
  • provides effective whitening and brightening, enhancing the skin’s luminosity
  • minimizes the appearance of pores
  • instantly reduces the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles

I’ve used this off & on over the last eight months or so in between testing other products, and it feels so luxe, that I almost think I’m Beyoncé. The hydration is crazy incredible, it sinks right in, making my skin feel like silk. You can bet I’m saving the last half of the jar that’s left for only the days when my skin is looking its most haggard. It works for my concerns that fast! A little seriously spreads over the entire surface of my face, 1.7 oz. should last quite some time.

So, the next time you have a spare $875 just lying around, get thee to Barneys New York or the 3LAB website, because those are the only two places you’ll find this dreamy moisturizer. Believe it or not—people buy it, and it sells like crazy.

Wow….$875?! I guess when you factor in the ingredient that costs $900,000 per kilo it makes sense. But. But. But.

I CANT GET OVER THAT $875 PRICE TAG!

Oh My! $875 does it comes with a designer bag as well haha. I guess if the end results is beyond impressive why not close my eyes and splurge.

The Jaguar may be a dream car but people who can’t afford one get where they need to go in everything from a Ford Escort to a Jeep. We can’t quarrel with your perception that the cream delivered good hydration (so does mayonnaise, although most of us won’t be using that, either.) Other products deliver great hydration and peptides at a fraction of the cost. You did say something interesting. “The peptides are so advanced, that they only release the encapsulated collagen and elastin into the exact cells that need them. No waste.” Since you presumably had to slather the cream over all the cells on your face without being able to pick and choose the “needy” ones, the collagen and elastin that landed on top of the un-needy cells would have had nowhere to go. So, one might argue that the cream was “wasted” on them. There are plenty of overpriced products on the market, and plenty of people who buy them. The amount they paid doesn’t necessarily correlate with the value they received. Buyer beware!

“…it feels so luxe, that I almost think I’m Beyoncé.” – Adorable! While this probably won’t be making it under my Christmas tree this year, its always educational to know about state of the art products. :)

I know! You’d have to have extremely deep pockets to part with that much cash! Even though I really like this, believe me—there are much more affordable anti-aging moisturizers that are sufficient. ;)
