This past week, I’ve been sick—so naturally, everything feels really dry. This was the perfect time to put Maybelline’s new Color Whisper by Color Sensational lipcolor to the test, as my lips have been super parched. Color Whisper is a new lip balm with a gel-based formula that’s more than a little tinted. As a matter of fact—I think you’d be surprised by how pigmented it really is, for feeling like such a lightweight balm.
Cherry on Top
I’ve been trying out Color Whisper shade Cherry on Top, but it’s available in a complete range of 20 shades. If you’ve been a fan of Revlon’s Lip Butters, you’ll probably like Color Whisper. The main differences would be that Color Whisper is slightly less pigmented and more lightweight feeling on the lips than the Revlon Lip Butters. The Color Whisper formula features pure color pigments, suspended in a lightweight translucent gel, so there’s nothing heavy or waxy feeling.
