A year ago, if you told me I’d be wearing something super textured on my nails, I’d shake my head and laugh! Recently, other brands have tried to get us nail buffs to embrace the texture trend, but the one brand I think that really hit it on the head is ZOYA.
Normally, I have a hard time wearing glitters and textured nail colors for very long, because I have the incessant urge to touch them, and it gets a little annoying. With the ZOYA PixieDusts however? Carter — cool royal purple matte with metallic sparkle texture
Just in case you’ve never worn PixieDusts before, they’re different in a few ways than traditional nail polish. For one, you don’t wear base coat or top coat. That’s right! No base coat! With the last collection, I wore base coat, and I found the formula actually chipped faster. So I’m going to take ZOYA’s word and skip it from now on. I think the formula is pretty durable.
